Bridal Boudoir

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

One of my brides (who shall remain nameless!) came in for a boudoir shoot.  She was really brave and soon was loving having her picture taken.  She came along with a friend and it was loads of fun.  She was thrilled with the pictures and has offered to let me show these anonymous images - there are many more gorgeous ones where you can see her face, but for now show would prefer that no one knows who it is!

Please contact me if you would like more information or to book a shoot for yourself!

APOLOGIES!

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

Just to say apologies for not updating the blog more frequently.  I am right in the thick of the busy season.  Prioritising getting couples weddings out has been top of the list, but hopefully I will be up-to-date with everything in the next few weeks.  Lots of exciting things are happening and a few wedding featured in magazines, so watch this space!

And now for a show-off moment!  I received this email today and haven’t stopped smiling since,  thanks back to Eva & Ian for being such a fabulous couple!

OH MY GOD! Carmel I am absolutely blown away! I have just spent the last 3 hours online looking at all the photos - they are more amazing and beautiful than we could have ever imagined. You are truly a talented photographer Carmel!

Is there anywhere on your website or anywhere else I can give some positive fantastic feedback on you!?

Thanks again so much, cant wait to get the USB, will let you know once it has arrived safely!

Thanks sooooooooo much.

All the very best.

Kirsty & Paul - Crondon Park Wedding

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

Although the weather forecast was for heavy rain, the sun shone down on Paul & Kirsty’s fabulous wedding.  I was back at St Mary the Virgin church in Great Warley, I’ve never been there in 8 years of working locally and then I am there twice in a week!  Thanks too, to Chris the Vicar, who did a very warm and caring ceremony.

Lola & Jasmine, their two wonderful daughters loved dressing up, especially Lola, who insisted on being call Princess Lola all day!

A large contingent of friends and family celebrated in the sunshine at Crondon Park.  Kirsty and Paul we so in love and relaxed and were wonderful to photograph!

Jane & Paul - London Wedding

Wednesday, July 1st, 2009

Jane and Paul have been together for 16 years and have two lovely boys, so opted for an intimate civil ceremony at Fredrick’s restaurant in Islington.  With only 25 guests, just closest friends and family, it had a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.  Paul was someone who felt pretty uncomfortable in front of the camera, so he set the challenge for me to get some really relaxed and loving images of him and Jane.  I have to say I am happy with the results!
